INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number and company name; project information such as project address or location, property type, project type, estimated budget, anticipated start date, scope and description; and files or media such as photographs, videos, floor plans, architectural drawings, construction documents, specifications, reference images, PDFs and other project-related materials.
Please do not upload confidential, financial, identification, medical or other sensitive personal information unless specifically necessary and requested by Design by Nova.

START A PROJECT REQUESTS
When you submit a Start a Project request, we may collect your contact information, project location, project type, estimated budget, target start date, project description and any photographs, plans, drawings or documents you choose to upload.
We use this information to understand your proposed project, determine whether it is within our scope of services, contact you, prepare for consultations or site visits, and develop preliminary scopes, estimates, proposals or other project documentation. Submission of a project inquiry does not create a contractor-client relationship and does not constitute acceptance of a project by Design by Nova.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
When you submit a Maintenance Request, we may collect your name and contact information, property or project location, type of service requested, description and urgency of the issue, photographs or other files, and information necessary to evaluate or coordinate service. We may use this information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, schedule service, determine appropriate personnel or subcontractors, prepare pricing, and perform or coordinate requested work. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, scheduling, pricing or acceptance of the work.

PAYMENTS AND MEMBERSHIPS
If you purchase a maintenance membership or other paid service through our website, payment and transaction information may be collected and processed by Wix and/or our third-party payment processors. Depending on the payment method, this may include your name, billing information, transaction details and limited payment-related information. Design by Nova does not directly store complete payment card numbers submitted through third-party payment processing systems.
If you enroll in a recurring Maintenance Membership, your selected payment method may be charged automatically at the applicable billing interval until the membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with the applicable membership terms. We may maintain records relating to your membership, payments, service history and account status for administrative, accounting, customer service and legal purposes.

When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically through Wix and other technologies, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate geographic location, referring source, pages viewed, date and time of visits, website interactions and cookie identifiers. Our website is built and hosted using services provided by Wix. Information submitted through website forms or generated through use of the website may therefore be processed or stored through Wix systems and infrastructure. Submitting materials through a website form does not by itself grant Design by Nova permission to publicly publish them in our portfolio, website, advertising or social media.
